This portal allows you to register groups of 4-9 delegates attending the event.

Groups larger than 10 must register HERE.

 

Before commencing your online group registration, please read the following instructions and guidelines.

Group Contacts

During the registration process, the group contact is responsible for completing the full registration on behalf of each group member.

Please refer to the following link for a list of data you will need to collect from your group members prior to starting the registration process.

Group Member Registration Questions

Upon submission (at the end of the social function page), you will be taken to a summary page where you can continue with the next registration until all are complete.

Please note, due to the large amount of data this site contains, as each registration is submitted and you begin to complete the next, the processing time will require patience.

A blue loading cog will appear while this process takes place. Please do not navigate away from this page.

 

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the group registration portal will automatically time out after two hours. If registrations are not completed and submitted within this period, any unsaved information will be lost and you will need to begin again.

 

General

  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • Please use proper case for names and company/organisation names (e.g. John Smith, ABC Pty Ltd).
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.

 

Registration & Payment Conditions

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.

Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and will incur a credit card surcharge and processing fee of 1.7%.

If you wish to pay via EFT, please select the "Pay Later" option on the payment page and an invoice will be produced and attached to your registration confirmation upon completion of registration. 

To be eligible for Early Bird Registration rates, registration must be completed, and fees paid in full prior to the early bird closing date. Any unpaid early bird registrations will revert to standard registration fees after the closing date.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received by Wednesday, 13 May 2026. 

 

Concessional Registrations

Concession rates are available for attendees with a valid concession card, excluding all Early Bird Registrations which are already discounted.

Please ensure you have a copy of your concession card as it will need to be uploaded to complete the registration process.

 

AIATSIS Member Registrations

Discounted registration rates are available for AIATSIS Members. These rates apply from Sunday, 12 April 2026 and do not include social events.

To receive your AIATSIS Member discount code, please email summit@aiatsis.gov.au from Sunday, 12 April 2026.

 

Youth Registrations (aged 18-30)

Discounted rates are available for delegates aged 18–30.

These rates are built into the registration portal, apply to registration only, and do not include any social events.

 

Speaker Registrations

Speakers approved to be in the program will be contacted directly via email with a link to register.

Discounted rates are available for approved Speakers. These rates apply from Sunday, 12 April 2026 and exclude all social events.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to Spinifex Events. The following cancellation charges apply:

  • Cancellations received on or prior to Wednesday, 13 May 2026: full refund less a $95.00pp administration fee.
  • Cancellation received on and after Thursday, 14 May 2026: no refund.
  • Cancellations due to illness, where a valid medical certificate has been provided, will receive a full refund, less a $95.00pp administration fee.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.

Application for refund will be considered under exceptional circumstances.

No refund will be granted for failure to attend/no show.

Discounted Accommodation

Discounted accommodation rates have been secured for Summit delegates at a selection of nearby hotels and apartments. These special rates are available to book via our website.

 

To begin the group registration process, please start by selecting the group size below.
