  • Please use proper case for names and company/organisation names (e.g. John Smith, ABC Pty Ltd).
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.

 

Group Registrations

If you would like to register a group of 5 or more attendees, please visit the below group registration portal:

A 10% discount will be offered to groups of 10 or more attendees. This discount applies exclusively to Standard and Late Registration fees.

Registration & Payment Conditions

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.

Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and will incur a credit card surcharge and processing fee of 1.7%.

If you wish to pay via EFT, please select the "Pay Later" option on the payment page and an invoice will be produced and attached to your registration confirmation upon completion of registration. 

To be eligible for Early Bird Registration rates, registration must be completed, and fees paid in full prior to the early bird closing date. Any unpaid early bird registrations will revert to standard registration fees after the closing date.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received by Wednesday, 14 May 2025. 

 

Concessional Registrations

Concession rates are available for attendees with a valid concession card, excluding all Early Bird Registrations which are already discounted.

Please ensure you have a copy of your concession card as it will need to be uploaded to complete the registration process.

 

AIATSIS Member and Youth Registrations 

Discounted rates are available for AIATSIS Members and Youth (aged 18-30).

These rates apply exclusively to the Standard Registration fees and exclude all social events.

Please email aiatsis@spinifexevents.com.au to obtain your AIATSIS Member discount code.

 

Speaker Registrations

Speakers approved to be in the program will be contacted directly via email with a link to register.

Discounted rates are available for approved Speakers. These rates apply exclusively to the Standard Registration fees and exclude all social events.

Please email aiatsis@spinifexevents.com.au if you have not obtained your personalised link.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to Spinifex Events. The following cancellation charges apply:

  • Cancellations received on or prior to Wednesday, 14 May 2025: full refund less a $95.00pp administration fee.
  • Cancellation received on and after Thursday, 15 May 2025: no refund.
  • Cancellations due to illness, where a valid medical certificate has been provided, will receive a full refund, less a $95.00pp administration fee.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.

Application for refund will be considered under exceptional circumstances.

No refund will be granted for failure to attend/no show.

Qantas Airways Discounted Airfares

AIATSIS have partnered with Qantas to support delegates in attending the 2025 Summit. Discounts will be available on selected flights for all registered delegates who are travelling to the event. For further information on our partnership with Qantas, please click HERE.

Attendance Category


The 2025 AIATSIS Summit will be delivered as both a face-to-face event for those wishing to attend in person and virtually (online) for those who are unable to make it in person.

The venue for this year's Summit is the Darwin Convention Centre, Garramilla (Darwin).

If you opt to attend virtually, please note that only the Keynote Address and presentations held in the Plenary Room on each day of the program will be streamed. Virtual registration is free of charge.

Australia operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) 2017. The objective of these Acts is to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.

The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) provides that before your personal contact details can be published and made available to AIATSIS, Summit Sponsors, Spinifex Events WA and other parties directly related to this event, you must give your consent. 

The Conference Organisers comply with these legislations and are committed to protecting the right of the individual to privacy of their information. All personal information is gathered, stored, and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988. 

To complete your registration to attend, you must consent to your contact details being recorded and kept on file for this event and future communication purposes and consent to being photographed or filmed during the course of Summit.
