Before commencing your online registrations, please read the following instructions and guidelines.

Group Contacts

During the registration process, the group contact is responsible for completing the full registration on behalf of each group member.

Please refer to the following link for a list of data you will need to collect from your group members prior to starting the registration process.

Group Member Registration Questions

 

Upon submission (at the end of the social function page), you will be taken to a summary page where you can continue with the next registration until all are complete.

Please note, due to the large amount of data this site contains, as each registration is submitted and you begin to complete the next, the processing time will require patience.

A blue loading cog will appear while this process takes place.

Please do not navigate away from this page.

 

IMPORTANT: Please note that the group registration portal will time out after 2 hours and if registrations are not completed and submitted in this time frame they will be lost and you will need to start over. For this reason, it is recommended that groups of more than 10 delegates are entered in batches of 10 to avoid the portal timing out.

 

General

  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • Please use proper case for names and company/organisation names (e.g. John Smith, ABC Pty Ltd).
  • When registering a member of your group, please enter their email address in the email address field.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.

Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and will incur a credit card surcharge and processing fee of 1.7%.

If you wish to pay via EFT, please select the "Pay Later" option on the payment page and an invoice will be produced and attached to your registration confirmation upon completion of registration. 

To be eligible for Early Bird Registration rates, registrations must be completed, and fees paid in full prior to the early bird closing date. Any unpaid early bird registrations will revert to standard registration fees after the closing date.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received by Wednesday, 14 May 2025. 

 

Group Discount for 10+ Attendees

A 10% discount will automatically apply to group registrations of 10 or more attendees.

This discount applies exclusively to the Standard and Late Registration fees and can not be applied to any already discounted registration types such as Youth, Concession, Speaker and Member.

Should members of your group be eligible for Youth, Concession or Member discounted rates, please register them via the main registration portal in order for these discounts to be applied.

Group discounts do not include delegates attending Summit online.

Discounts apply to registration fees only, and do not include any social events.

 

Speaker Registrations

Speakers approved to be in the program will be contacted directly via email with a link to register.

Discounted rates are available for approved Speakers. These rates apply exclusively to the Standard Registration fees and exclude all social events.

 

Virtual Registrations

Click HERE to register a delegate who wishes to attend Summit online.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to Spinifex Events. The following cancellation charges apply:

  • Cancellations received on or prior to Wednesday, 14 May 2025: full refund less a $95.00pp administration fee.
  • Cancellation received on and after Thursday, 15 May 2025: no refund.
  • Cancellations due to illness, where a valid medical certificate has been provided, will receive a full refund, less a $95.00pp administration fee.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.

Application for refund will be considered under exceptional circumstances.

No refund will be granted for failure to attend/no show.

Discounted Accommodation

Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated for Summit delegates at a range of nearby hotels and apartments. To view the hotels and apartments available and to book your rooms at the discounted rate, please click HERE.

 

Qantas Airways Discounted Airfares

AIATSIS have partnered with Qantas to support delegates in attending the 2025 Summit. Discounts will be available on selected flights for all registered delegates who are travelling to the event. For further information on our partnership with Qantas, please click HERE.
