Registration & Payment Conditions 

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. 
Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and will incur a credit card surcharge and processing fee of 2.2%. If you do not have a credit card for payment, please email aiatsis2023@spinifexevents.com.au prior to commencing the registration process to organise an invoice. 

All invoices must be paid within 14 days, or no later than Monday 15 May 2023, whichever date falls first.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received by Monday 15 May 2023. If full payment is not received, AIATSIS reserves the right to cancel your registration.

Concessional Registration

• Concession rates are available for attendees with a valid concession card.
• Please ensure you have a copy of your concession card which can be uploaded to complete the registration process.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to Spinifex Events. The following cancellation charges apply:

• Cancellations received on or prior to Monday 15 May 2023: Full Refund less a $95.00 per person administration fee. 
• Cancellation received on and after Tuesday 16 May 2023: No refund. 
• Cancellations due to illness where a valid medical certificate has been provided, will receive a full refund less a $95.00 per person administration fee.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty. Application for refund will be considered under exceptional circumstances.

• Please use proper case for names and company/organisation names (e.g. John Smith, ABC Pty Ltd).  
• If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.

Australia operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) 2017. The objective of these is to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.

The Privacy Act 1988 (CTH) provides that, before your personal contact details can be published, may be made available to the conference organisers, sponsors, exhibitors, Spinifex Events WA and other parties directly related to this event, you must give your consent. Please advise your consent to your contact details being provided to the above-mentioned parties.

The Organising Committee comply with these legislations and are committed to protecting the right of the individual to privacy of their information.
